1. Introduction

PPC Robot s.r.o., with its registered office at Chelčického 95/15, České Budějovice 6, 370 01 Czech Republic, Company ID: 08467510, VAT ID: CZ08467510, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in České Budějovice under File No. C 29166/KSCB (hereinafter the "Provider" or "we"), operates the Boostora.ai service (hereinafter the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

2. Data We Collect

2.1 Google Account Information

When you sign in or connect a Google account, we collect and store your email address, name, and profile picture. This information is used to authenticate your account and personalize your experience within the Service.

2.2 Google Merchant Center Data

For Google Merchant accounts you connect through the Service, we collect and process:

  • Account details (account number, name, language, and time zone)
  • Homepage URL
  • Primary product data sources, including their name, language, country settings, and feed URL
  • Products and their attributes, such as title, description, color, material, GTIN, and URL

We use this data exclusively to enhance your product attributes and improve your product feed quality.

2.3 Automatically Collected Data

When you use the Service, we may automatically collect certain technical information such as IP address, browser type, operating system, and interaction data with the Service. This data is used for analytics, security, and service improvement purposes.

2.4 Payment Information

Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store your complete payment card details. We only retain billing information necessary for invoicing and accounting purposes as required by Czech law.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your personal data for the following purposes:

  • Providing and maintaining the Service, including enhancing your Google Merchant product feeds
  • Authenticating your identity and managing your user account
  • Processing payments and maintaining billing records
  • Communicating with you about the Service, including support inquiries and service updates
  • Analyzing usage patterns to improve the Service
  • Complying with legal obligations

3.1 Google User Data – Limited Use Disclosure

Boostora.ai's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We do not use Google user data for:

  • Serving advertisements, including retargeting, personalized, or interest-based advertising
  • Selling data to third parties or data brokers
  • Determining creditworthiness or for lending purposes
  • Creating databases or data repositories for resale
  • Training artificial intelligence or machine learning models

Google user data is used exclusively to provide and improve the core functionality of the Service – enhancing your product feed attributes.

4. Legal Basis for Processing

We process your personal data based on:

  • Performance of contract – providing the Service functionality
  • Legitimate interests – service improvement and security
  • Consent – where applicable, such as for marketing communications
  • Legal obligations – tax and accounting requirements

5. Data Storage and Security

All data is stored on servers located within the European Union. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encryption at rest and in transit. Access to personal data is restricted to authorized personnel only. We do not transfer or disclose your information to third parties except as described in this policy.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data while your Boostora.ai account is active. After account deletion, we retain your data for up to one year to handle any outstanding issues or legal requirements. Billing and tax-related documents are retained for a minimum of 10 years as required by Czech law. After the applicable retention period, your data is securely deleted.

7. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share your data with:

  • Service providers who assist us in operating the Service (such as payment processors and analytics providers), all of whom are bound by confidentiality obligations and process data only on our behalf
  • Public authorities when required by law or to protect our legal rights

8. Your Rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to:

  • Access your personal data
  • Correct inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data
  • Restrict or object to processing
  • Data portability
  • Withdraw consent at any time

You may also lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (ÚOOÚ).

9. How to Request Data Deletion

To request deletion of your personal data, please contact us at hello@boostora.ai. We will process your request within 30 days. Please note that we may need to retain certain data for legal compliance purposes (such as billing records). Upon deletion, your Google Merchant Center data, product information, and account details will be permanently removed from our systems.

10. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with Google APIs to access your Merchant Center data. Your use of Google services is also subject to Google's Privacy Policy. We use analytics services to understand how the Service is used. Payment processing is handled by Stripe, subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes by email or through the Service. The updated policy will be effective upon posting, with the effective date indicated at the top of this document.
